How to become a Real Estate Investor?
Education. That’s the shortest possible answer. You must
simply educate yourself in the area if you are to become
actively involved in it. Probably the easiest way to do
that is to become a Real Estate salesperson. Generally
you will not need an enormous time commitment or a huge
amount of money to do so. Most likely you will need to
go to a real estate school to complete a required course
before you are admitted to a state exam. If you are an
attorney you're pretty much licensed, but you will still
need to learn HOW TO buy and sell, not just what you can
and cannot do according to the State Law. Most real estate
brokers will be more than happy to teach you. To get your
license all you need to do is talk to a broker with whom
you are interested in doing business with, learn what
is required to pass the licensing exam, complete a course
at the real estate school (which coincidentally will prepare
you for the exam) pass the state exam and then pick your
brokers brains for all you can learn.
Once you become familiar with the real estate business,
you can further develop and refine your skills but learning
from millionaire mavericks like Carleton
H. Sheets. Study his No Money Down Program and you're
sure to pick up loads of useful tricks and information.
Seems with today's volatile real estate market those
materials are now FREE!!! Remember, investment opportunities
are not limited to any geographic area or currency. Principles
which govern good investment practices and procedures
are however universal.
Then all that is left is to use that knowledge to become
a successful real estate investor and make lots of money!
